Printed catalogs turned into digital format and order system
CHR Alsace is a a company based in Strasbourg, France who provides consultancy, equipment supplies, kitchen design and after-sales services to the catering industry.
The sales team was unhappy about their presentation procedures and the order/offer processes when they needed to visit a client. Each member of the sales team was carrying heavy and multiple hardcopies of catalogs and pricing sheets and they wanted to make this process easier and lighter on their backs.
We designed a platform that helps the sales team to show their product catalogs and price listings to their clients and collect orders at the same time.
The first step of the process is browsing through the products and choosing. Then the team member creates a shopping cart for the client, adds the chosen products and the client digitally signs the order through the application. Finally, the order goes to the main office for preparation and dispatch.
